OUR SERVICES

a. Debt Collection;  We help individuals, financial institutions, businesses or creditors recover outstanding debts from businesses or other individuals who have failed to make payments as agreed.  We act as intermediary, collecting customers’ delinquent debts and remitting them to the original creditor.

b. Court Brokerage & Process Server;  The Director of Held Auctioneers & Company Limited are appointed Court Brokers and Process Servers. They provide services to the High Court of Tanzania, and are also Tribunal Brokers and Process Servers. Thay provide services to the High court of Tanzania and to Courts subordinate to the former.

c. Auction Services & Sales Services: We provide auction services in any part of Tanzania and according to the legal framework. Auctions performed are such as Automobile auctions ;   Plants and Machinery, Assets Disposable and store Liquidation Charity auctions, Office Furniture and equipment, Computer and ICT accessories, Mineral Auctions, Estate and Real estate Auction, Warehouse, Godown and Factories, Farm and related Assets.

d. Revenue collection services:  We  collect money owed to a company or government agency for goods and services provided. This can include taxes, fees, fines, and, in a business context, amounts due from customers for sales made on credit. This is done all over Tanzania.
